Ian Lawlor

Ian is a property developer, investor and partner in a wealth management firm based in Dublin. He has a background in engineering and has built a significant property portfolio over the past 10 years with his wife Ria. Together they co-founded the ICES Group in 2003, a successful financial education & networking forum for investors, covering the areas of property, stocks and businesses. Ian is a recognised face on Irish media most recently as host on "Househunters" the property program aired on RTE1 and also frequently featured on national press and radio. Ian believes in the power of networking and having a team of people working with you to ensure success. Ian promotes the philosophy of abundance mentality in all areas of life.

Ria Lawlor

Ria, a mother of two, is an event organiser, property investor and medical doctor. With her husband Ian, she co-founded the ICES Group in 2003. They have built a property portfolio primarily in Ireland, the UK and Finland as well as other countries. Together with Jini Rooney she co-founded Healthy, Wealthy and Wise, a forum for women to promote success in health, wealth and personal development. Ria has a great interest in educating others in the area of wealth and abundance.

Jini Rooney

South African born, Jini Rooney is a mother of two, medical doctor and entrepreneur. Drawn to international diplomacy at an early age, Jini participates actively in the facilitation of business ventures between South Africa, Ireland and the US where she currently resides. She is enthusiastic to recommend the invaluable power of social networking and is grateful to be inspired by a group of remarkable friends and mentors. Keen to inspire women to empower their lives she partnered with Ria Lawlor to host the Irish women's forum: Healthy, Wealthy and Wise. Jini shares her passion for property with her husband Terence together with whom she is building an international portfolio. Her bucket list includes providing inspiring education for all children.

Terence Rooney

Dublin born, Terence Rooney is a hospital doctor specializing in arthritis care and research. His interests include property investment, education and personal development. He has travelled extensively and has worked and taught as far afield as India and Zimbabwe. He currently holds a clinical and research appointment at the University of California, San Francisco, where he lives with his wife Jini & their 2 children.
